A packout service involves the careful packing, barcoding, documentation, and removal of your belongings from the loss site to prevent further harm. Items are securely stored while your property undergoes restoration. Our team will be prepared to use the right equipment to safely pack and move your items.

Yes, but we provide limited coverage. For the highest level of protection, we recommend clients maintain their own insurance coverage while the items are not in their possession.

Art is truly in the eyes of the beholder. We handle all types of items that have special meaning to a collector or a homeowner. The range includes paintings, taxidermy, quilts, sculptures, toys, mirrors, memorabilia, musical instruments, chandeliers, grandfather clocks, etc. If it is important to you, it is our responsibility to care for it.

The best way to document the value of an item is to get a written appraisal. The appraiser must have extensive expertise in the type of item you have for the appraisal to hold. We work with a national network of professionals to provide an accurate value of your fine art. Additionally, we offer research services, and can potentially just obtain a verbal opinion on the value of the piece from an appraiser.

We can help you find artists that complement your collection and assist in buying directly from them. We work at all price levels and with new and seasoned collectors. When purchasing art, consultations are complimentary, and we only charge a commission if a purchase is made. Similarly, if you are looking to sell your art, we can help you touch it up so it can bring an optimal price. Our Consignment Services can assist in the sale of individual pieces or an entire collection. We can work with auction houses to bring transparency and streamline the process to save time and money.
Maintaining collection information allows the art collector the ability to document the value of the collection for insurance, resale or donation purposes. This incorporates a variety of functions such as recording photos, artist, title, dimensions (also framed dimensions), inventory number, creation date, price, medium, subject matter, condition, selling price, seller information, etc.

If an item has been compromised by a loss, it is a candidate for restoration. This could be due to the smell from a fire, or mold from a water loss, or damage due to heat. The range includes all types of possessions. Some damage is evident; some may need a thorough evaluation to identify the extend of the restoration needed. 

Our facility is designed for the unique purpose of preserving artworks, memorabilia collections and a large variety of treasured items. We offer the following features:
  • Temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse
  • Fire suppression system, including smoke detectors and heat-activated sprinklers, inspected and certified on a regular basis
  • Custom-designed inventory management system provides optimal efficiency and security of objects
  • 24/7 security system

Our process starts with an evaluation and securing approval to conduct any restoration. Whereas all affected items are candidates, for some, the restoration may exceed the item’s value, or the item is due to be replaced. In any event, the homeowner / business owner maintains the right to choose which items are to be restored.

All items are kept in safe storage until delivery, including items that are not restored. If an item is considered non-salvageable, it may be disposed of, but only with permission from the owner or his representative, such as the insurance company or contractor. Some items may incur a disposal fee.

Yes. We can work directly with insurance providers and adjusters to streamline claims and provide the necessary documentation and restoration reports.
